Meet the Mind Behind 369

Tim Boutte is a celebrity trainer, fitness instructor, and former American football player. Best known for his appearances on the Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hottie Bootcamp” series. He has also been featured by Overtime TV, 97.9 The Box, Women’s Health Magazine and has made several other appearances on social media, radio and television.
Some of his clients include Megan Thee Stallion, Kenneth Murray Jr, Martavis Bryant, Barbara Turner, Megan Walker, Jordan Mills, Arte’ Collins, Philip Redrick, Mario Chalmers, Raymond Felton, Greg Ward and Melanie Adelman, to name a few.
A college football standout at Texas Southern University (All-American, All-SWAC), Boutte would go on to be signed as a free agent running back to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2004). After his NFL career ended, he would continue his professional football pursuits, playing arena football for the Katy Rough Riders and Conroe Storm (2006-2008).
Feeling as though he was ready to start a new chapter in his life, Boutte would become a financial advisor for New York Life, all the while moonlighting as a personal trainer. As his personal training business grew, it became apparent that he would need to choose between his “side hustle” and his “main hustle”. A former professional athlete, having doubled majored in psychology and sociology, with a minor in kinesiology, the decision became clear, his heart was in personal training. He bet on himself and the rest is history!
Now with over ten years experience, Boutte has carved a niche in the personal training world, serving as a walking sports training encyclopedia. His vast knowledge of the body has served him well, being able to translate this information into biomechanics principles that allow his methods to be applied to both the athlete and the average individual.
